Stefan Groot is Senior Housing Economist at RaboResearch Netherlands, Economics and Sustainability. His topics of interest include housing market dynamics, the supply side of the housing market, and housing policy. He also has a broad knowledge of regional and urban economics.
Stefan studied Economics at VU University Amsterdam, and obtained his PhD at the same university. After obtaining his PhD, he worked at VU University until 2014 as postdoctoral researcher and from 2014 to 2021 as economist at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis.
